Comcast To Air Georgia Southern-Furman Game

ANNAPOLIS, Md.-Navy fans can catch an early glimpse of new head coach Paul Johnson and his spread offense as Comcast News Channel 8 will carry Saturday's I-AA National Semifinal game between Georgia Southern and Furman live starting at 12 noon. The game will be carried on Comcast Channel 8 in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

With a win over Furman, Georgia Southern would advance to the I-AA National Championship game for a fourth consecutive year and would be looking for an unprecedented three-straight national titles. The national championship game is Friday, Dec. 21 at 5:30 p.m. and will be carried live by ESPN.
