Why digital ticketing?
Digital tickets use email or text messaging to send your tickets directly to you after purchase, creating a seamless experience for everyone. Digital ticketing will also provide a safe and contactless environment for our fans upon entry. Digital ticketing will greatly reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets while providing the ability to easily manage, transfer, or sell your tickets at any time.
What are the benefits of digital ticketing?
There will be contactless entry into the stadium, a reduced risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and it will allow an immediate transfer of your tickets to a friend at any time.
How does digital ticket delivery work?
You will receive an e-mail from tickets@usna.edu. Simply click the link in the e-mail before leaving for the stadium and save to your digital wallet. You can also get to it by logging onto your account on navysports.com.
How can I sign up for express entry at football and lacrosse games?
New this season, express entry using facial recognition at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. You can sign up for express entry by following the steps below on your mobile device:
Go to NavySports.com
Select Menu
Select Tickets
Select Manage my account
Sign into to your NavySports account
Once signed in, you should see an option that says Facial Scan Entry. Select that and continue to facial scan
Continue to follow the prompts
Will my football parking pass also be delivered digitally?
Yes, your parking pass will be delivered in the same manner as your tickets.
How do I access my tickets?
Log into your account at www.navysports.com. Go to the ticket dropdown at the top of the main page and click on Manage My Account, or click here to take you directly to your login. Once in your account click on My Events to view your tickets.
How do I ensure that I can access my tickets on game day?
Add all of your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet before leaving for the stadium. Screenshots or paper tickets will not be accepted.
Can I have multiple tickets on my smartphone for entry?
Yes, simply swipe to pull up the tickets individually to scan.
What if I have a large number of tickets (such as a suite holder) and I want to issue them to my guest(s) ahead of game day?
You can manage your tickets online and transfer them to all of your guests electronically. You can transfer a specific seat and game or multiple seats and games.
The recipient will receive a text message with a link to accept and download their tickets. Please click here to sign in and manage your account.
What if my guest(s) and I arrive to the venue at different times?
You can transfer your tickets at any time, but it is recommended that you do so 48 hours prior to arriving on game day.
What if I am experiencing connectivity issues with my phone?
Your tickets do not require an internet connection once they have been downloaded to your wallet. Make sure that you download them prior to arriving at the stadium. If you are experiencing issues, visit our ticket office on game day. For football and lacrosse, visit the North end of Navy-Marines Corps Memorial Stadium near Gate H. For Basketball, enter Alumni Hall through the main entrance and locate the ticket office on the right.
What if my smartphone dies on game day?
You can visit our ticket office on game day.
Where is the QR code on my ticket?
This season, we will be using a new form of ticket called NFC. This does not have a QR code attached to the ticket. Once the ticket is added to your wallet, pull up the ticket and tap the scanner to enter.
I bought off of a 3rd party website (i.e. StubHub) and have not received my ticket?
If you purchased tickets from a 3rd party platform other than SeatGeek, you will need to contact the site where you bought the tickets.
Can I print out the ticket and use for admission?
No. A smartphone must be used to scan the tickets for entry.
When will I receive my season tickets?
Football season tickets were sent on August 3, 2026
Basketball season tickets were sent on October 16, 2026
Lacrosse season tickets will be sent 2-4 weeks before the first game of the season
What happens if my All-in-1 ticket disappears from my wallet?
Go to the app or website on your phone and download from there
Who can I contact if I need assistance to ensure that I have done everything correctly?
