The Naval Academy Athletic Association prides itself on being an active member of the Annapolis community and encourages and supports organizations, programs and activities which strengthen the communities in which our Navy families live, work and learn. However, due to the high volume of requests for donations each year, we ask that charitable organizations provide us with the following information regarding their donation requests.
When submitting a donation request, please:
- Include contact information, the name of the event, the date of the event, the location of the event, and the individuals that the proceeds of the event are going to benefit
- Submit requests on official letterhead of the organization from which the request is being made
- Send your request directly to the Sports Marketing department:

Due to NCAA rules, the NAAA may NOT comply with requests from or which will benefit:
- High Schools
- Preparatory schools
- Junior Colleges
- Youth athletics organizations that include prospects OR other organizations that include only young people defined by the NCAA as prospects (young people in grades nine and up who have yet to enroll full-time in a university) or their teachers or coaches.
Processing Time
Once submitted, our department will begin to process your requests. The average processing time is 10-14 business days. We try to accommodate as many organizations as possible.

Order a Team Poster or Schedule Magnet
Team posters are produced for the vast majority of Navy's varsity sports program. They become available near the start date for the championship portion of a team's season. Schedule card magnets are made for several of the varsity sports and are available prior to the start of a team's season.
Posters are available at no charge outside of a $5.00 mailing fee for each request and schedule magnets are available at no charge outside of a $2.50 mailing fee for each request.
