Catering & Event Set-up
- Banquet Facilities - The VADM William P. Lawrence "N" Room and Navy Lacrosse Hall of Fame Room are catered by "Anchor & Aisle", they can be reached by calling (410) 428-3781
- Stadium Suites - The stadium suites are catered by Main and Market. NAAA provides pre-designed suite menus separately, the point of contact for suite menus is Kris Morgenthaler at (410) 293-8712 or whitacre@usna.edu
- All other venues - All other venues at NMCMS are catered through one of our NAAA Preferred Caterers. The facility site fee does not include catering.
Parking
- All parking at NMCMS is on a paid basis only and managed by Pinnacle Parking. The fees of $5/car and $10/RV apply to all users of the NMCMS hospitality venues. No overnight parking is allowed. Vehicles remaining overnight are subject to towing at owners expense.

The Clubs at Akerson Tower
Enjoy your event from the Clubs at Akerson Tower, located at the top of Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium! The club offers a magical setting for your event, from high ceilings and skylights to the spectacular scenic views of the stadium, Downtown Annapolis, and the Chesapeake Bay. Indoor lounge features climate controlled, comfortable furnishings and flat screen televisions. The club also features balcony seating overlooking the field at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. VADM Lawrence N* Room
The VADM Lawrence N* Room is an 8,500 square foot banquet hall designed to accommodate large banquets, formal dinners, and business meetings. Artistically displayed on its walls are plaques listing the names of all USNA varsity letter winners.
The hall is outfitted with a designer built-in bar and serviced by a full, state-of-the-art kitchen. Amenities include a fully-integrated audio and video system that features ten large screen televisions and the ability to give presentations on two levels of the banquet hall.
- Located in the first floor of the "stadium tower" with direct access from the blue side parking lot and concourse areas.
- Can be divided into 3 sections:
- Section A, ~3500 square feet, has built-in bar with designer finishing, cherry paneling, and brushed aluminum pennant lighting fixtures. Foyer entrance for guest services such as coat check and nametags.
- Section B, ~2250 square feet, cherry paneling and two staircases from the second floor, ideal entrance for a wedding party from one of the upper floor holding rooms.
- Section C, ~2250 square feet, cherry paneling and foyer entrance.
Capacities
- 3 Sections - 530 banquet, 1150 meeting
- Section A - 175 banquet, 500 meeting
- Section B - 100 banquet, 300 meeting
- Section C - 140 banquet, 340 meeting
Hall sets up perfectly for large receptions or dinners, wedding receptions, and also corporate meetings, seminars, or multi-day conferences.

Jack Stephens Field
Located at the heart of the stadium directly in the center of the complex, over 90,000 square feet of the synthetic surface, FieldTurf, a clean field with the ability to custom-paint lines for specific sporting events. Available for a myriad of sporting events but can also be covered with a tent for a maximum capacity gala event of ~6,500 people.
Bilderback-Moore Navy Lacrosse Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame room is over 3,000 square feet and includes the James Carrington Room, a memorial of Navy Lacrosse photos, trophies, display cases, and memorabilia representing the proud tradition of Navy Lacrosse. The Hall of Fame is serviced by the N* Room kitchen and is completely integrated with the audio and video system. Located on the second floor of the "stadium tower" with access to two adjacent outdoor tenting areas (~1,000 square feet each) and downstairs to the N* Room. Rent for a stand-alone reception or in combination with another venue. The ~1,000 square feet south end reception area is an ideal location for a bridal party holding room or other smaller scale function.
Flag Bridge
Used by the Superintendent on game-days, the Flag Bridge is a box level reception room with 1,500 square feet of space. Located on the 4th floor of the stadium tower with a direct view of the field and exceptional views of the city of Annapolis capital building. Features include multiple under-the-counter beverage stations, ice-makers, stools and countertops, numerous built-in televisions, as well as luxury cushioned chairs overlooking the field. The north and south end of room have open areas for round tables and additional seating. Perfect location for a stand-alone reception or in conjunction with a larger event in the N* Room. Use the north or south areas as break-out rooms for meetings or for smaller stand-alone meetings. Capacity - 150 reception, 40-50 meeting
VIP Suites
3 Box level suites located on the 5th and 6th floors of the "stadium tower" offer exceptional views of the stadium, state capital building, and the Chesapeake Bay. 24 Stadium terrace level suites located on the south side and the gold side of the stadium overlooking Jack Stephens Field. Features include indoor or outdoor options with views of the field, air conditioning, private restrooms, sink, and built-in televisions. Use suites for a small private party, as small meeting rooms, or as breakout rooms for larger corporate meetings in combination with the N* Room. Capacity - 24/30 private party, 12/15 meeting
Superintendent's Tent
- Outdoor tented area positioned on the southwest terrace deck overlooking Jack Stephens Field.
- Direct access to the parking lot and concourse areas as well as numerous terrace level suites.
- Capacity - Inside and outside: 250 banquet/450 reception
'53 Pavilion
- Positioned above the north end zone on the terrace level under the scoreboard and in between the Class Rings.
- Outdoor entertainment space with permanent covering ideal for BBQs and receptions.
- Available as an option for in-stadium tailgating.
- Capacity - 300 banquet/600 reception.
Captain's BBQ Tent
- Situated directly across from the Superintendent's Tent, outdoor tented area on the southeast terrace deck overlooking Jack Stephens Field.
- Direct access to the parking lot and concourse areas as well as numerous terrace level suites.
- Capacity - Inside and outside: 250 banquet/450 reception
Class Ring North
- Located behind the battle arches on the north side of the stadium, a very large fenced-in area within the stadium perimeter that's available for in-stadium tailgating or numerous other outdoor events.
- Includes both paved and grassed areas which can be used in conjunction with the '53 Pavilion.
Stadium Concourse
- Both the Blue and Gold side concourse areas offer large areas for a myriad of outdoor events.
- Amenities include convenient parking accommodations and direct access to concourse restrooms.
