Marta Jung to Compete at the Junior Olympic Championship

ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Marta Jung (Fr./Reno, Nev.) will compete at the Junior Olympic Championship Monday. It will be held at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. and will conclude Tuesday. The competitors with the two highest scores will earn a spot on the national development team.

Jung earned an invitation after shooting a 571 out of a possible 600 in smallbore competition at the Maryland/Virginia Junior Olympic Regional Qualifier Jan. 13. Jung won the match with one of the highest scores in the nation.
