Chestnut Hill, MA (Sports Network) - Brian St. Pierre completed 17-of-25 passes for 274 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Boston College Eagles to a 46-21 victory over the Navy Midshipmen in a non-conference tilt.

Derrick Knight contributed 138 rushing yards and two touchdowns in the victory for Boston College (4-2).

Aaron Polanco ran for three touchdowns for Navy (1-6), which racked up a season-high 380 rushing yards.

The Eagles wasted no time getting on the scoreboard, as Knight posted a 22- yard touchdown run just over five minutes into the game. In the final minute of the opening frame, Boston College struck again on a 14-yard scoring pass from St. Pierre to Grant Adams. The two-point conversion attempt was successful, making the score 15-0 in favor of the Eagles.

Just three seconds into the second quarter, Knight plunged into the end zone from two yards out. St. Pierre then tossed a 10-yard touchdown pass to Adams, increasing the Eagles' lead to 29-0 with 9:51 remaining in the second quarter.

Navy finally got on the board with 5:28 remaining before intermission, as Polanco scored on a seven-yard run to cut the Midshipmen's deficit to 29-7.

Boston College ended the first half with a 36-7 advantage, thanks to a late touchdown connection between St. Pierre and Joel Hazzard.

San Sciortino scored the only points on the third period on a 40-yard field goal, putting the Eagles ahead 39-7 with 11:14 remaining in the third period.

With 13:27 left in the game, Boston College scored its final points on a two- yard run by Brandon Brokaw that made the score 46-7.

Navy got a pair of one-yard touchdown plunges from Polanco in the fourth quarter, but the game was obviously out of reach at that point.
