Colorado Springs, CO (Sports Network) - Chance Harridge ran for 161 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Air Force Falcons to a 48-7 victory over the Navy Midshipmen.

Harridge completed 6-of-7 passes for 107 yards as well for Air Force (5-0), which has won six straight against Navy and is off to its best start since 1997.

Craig Candeto ran for 99 yards and threw for 87 yards in defeat for Navy (1-4).

Navy actually got on the board first, as Kyle Eckel reached the end zone on a five-yard touchdown run to give the Midshipmen a 7-0 lead with 9:15 remaining in the first quarter.

Air Force cut its deficit to 7-3 in the closing seconds of the first quarter on a 34-yard field goal by Joey Ashcroft.

The Falcons completely dominated the game from that point on, scoring three touchdowns in the second quarter. Wes Crawley returned a fumble 52 yards for a score, and then Harridge reached the end zone on one and seven yard runs to put Air Force ahead 24-7 at intermission.

Harridge opened the second-half scoring with an eight-yard run, and Ashcroft added a 27-yard field goal to give the Falcons a 34-7 advantage with one quarter to play.

Air Force scored a pair of touchdowns in the final period, as Harridge found pay dirt on a three-yard run and Matt Ward posted an 18-yard scamper to close out the scoring.

Air Force needs to beat Army on November 9th to win the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy for the sixth straight year.
