Match and Ticket Info for Patriot League Volleyball Tournament

ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Navy will face American in the first semifinal match of the Patriot League Volleyball Tournament, Friday evening at Bender Arena on the American campus in Washington, D.C. The Midshipmen will face the top-seeded Eagles Friday at 6 p.m., with No. 2 Army facing No. 3 Bucknell at 8 p.m. in the second semifinal.

The two semifinal winners will meet Saturday at 7 p.m. in the championship match, with the winner representing the Patriot League in the NCAA Tournament.

Navy tied Bucknell for third place in the Patriot League with an 8-6 league record, but received the No. 4 seed in the tournament due to the league tiebreaker system involving the Bison winning more games than the Mids did during the league season.

Students from each of the four participating schools will be admitted free to the tournament provided they show a student identification card at entry, with each of the school's faculty and staff members able to purchase tickets at $5 per day. Tickets for all other adults are $8 for each of the two days.

Groups of 10 or more will be admitted for just $2 apiece, provided tickets are purchased in advance of the tournament.
