Looney Brothers Featured on Channel 9 Monday Evening

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Tune in to WUSA-TV Channel 9 tonight at 5:30 p.m. to catch a feature on Navy lacrosse standouts and brothers Brendan, Steve and Billy Looney (Silver Spring, Md.). The eldest brother, Brendan, came to the Academy as a football recruit and made the switch to lacrosse as a sophomore, having never played the sport. Steve, meanwhile, was one of two players to earn the Lt. Robert Bianchi Award over the weekend as the Mids' most valuable player. Finally, Billy was named the 2004 Patriot League Freshman of the Year after playing on Navy's starting midfield the entire season.
