ANNAPOLIS, Md.-Navy's football game at Rice on Saturday, Oct. 22 is scheduled to kickoff at 7 p.m. local time (8 p.m. Eastern). CSTV All-Access and the Navy Radio Network will broadcast the game. The game was originally scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 24 but was rescheduled due to Hurricane Rita.
