LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The Navy men's soccer team surrendered a goal in each half and fell to Bucknell, 2-0, in the regular-season finale for the Mids. With the loss, Navy's season ends at 5-9-2 and 1-5-1 in Patriot League play. Bucknell improved to 8-7-4 overall and 3-3-1 in league play.

Bucknell jumped out early, with Nathan LaGrave scoring in just the ninth minute of the contest for a 1-0 lead.

The Bison then put the game out of reach with a Mark Schmiegel goal in the 82nd minute.

Bucknell outshot the Mids, 10-7, with each team drawing three corner kicks. Navy was whistled for 13 fouls to Bucknell's seven. Nolan Grebb made four saves in goal for Navy.

The loss ends the career of seven Navy seniors (McKenzie Plank, Zach Pleis, Tom Shelly, Brad Feige, Addy Strasdas, Kris Huff and Carter Stapleton).
