ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP)- Kevin Hamilton scored 26 points to lead Holy Cross to an 81-67 win over Navy Wednesday.
For Holy Cross (12-10, 5-2 in Patriot League), all five starters scored in double-figures and combined for 75 points. Torey Thomas posted his third double-double of the season with 13 points and 10 assists and added a game-high 8 rebounds. Keith Simmons added 14 points, Tim Clifford 12 points and Alex Vander Baan 10 points for the Crusaders, who beat Navy for the 13th straight time.
The last Navy win in the series was Feb. 19, 2000.
Navy (8-12, 1-6) was led by Greg Sprink and Kaleo Kina with 19 points each. Matt Fannin added 10 points for the Mids, who shot just 39 percent for the game.
Holy Cross had 22 turnovers in the game, but outrebounded Navy 38-24 and shot 54.9 percent from the floor.
The Crusaders scored the first nine points of the game and led 35-15 at the half, holding Navy to its lowest first-half output of the season as the Mids made just 5 of 23 shots. Holy Cross led by as many as 27 points in the second half, the last time by 58-31 with 11:37 to play.
