ANNAPOLIS, Md.--The Navy football team received two votes in the USA Today Coaches Preseason Football Poll. Navy is tied with Colorado, Maryland and Tennessee.

Navy opens up the 2009 season on Sept. 5 at Ohio State. The Buckeyes are ranked sixth. The only other Navy opponent ranked in the preseason Top 25 is Notre Dame, which is ranked 23rd. Pittsburgh just missed the Top 25 with 64 votes, while Wake Forest received four.
