ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The Navy football team (1-1) will look to come away from Heinz Field victorious for the second time in as many visits tonight, as it takes on Big East foe Pittsburgh (2-0) at 6 p.m.

• Navy and Pittsburgh will meet on the gridiron for the third-consecutive year on Saturday night. The Midshipmen defeated the Panthers, 48-45 in double overtime, in their last trip to Heinz Field in 2007. Last season, 23rd-ranked Pitt defeated Navy, 42-21.
• The Midshipmen head into Saturday's tilt with a 1-1 record on the year following their 32-14 home-opening win against Louisiana Tech. The Navy defense held Louisiana Tech to 167 yards of total offense, while the offense piled up 393 total yards.
• The Panthers come into Saturday's affair with a 2-0 mark on the young season following their 54-27 victory over 2008 MAC champion Buffalo. The Panthers have outscored the opposition 27-7 in the first quarter.
• Since 2003, Navy owns a 13-17 (.433) record against BCS schools. The 13 wins within that span over BCS opponents are tied (Utah) for the most by a non-BCS school.
