Annapolis, Md. - As the Navy women's lacrosse team gears up for the 2011 season, head coach Cindy Timchal and senior captain Caitlin Mandrin Hill spoke with NavySports.com about preparing for the upcoming 2011 season, the transition of the newcomers to the college game and defending their Patriot League title.

Navy is coming off a 2010 Patriot League Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance. The Mids were 17-4 in 2010 and own a 43-13 (.767) record in just three years as a varsity program.
