The first episode of a 10-week web series leading up to the SHOWTIME and CBS co-produced documentary film "A Game of Honor" debuted exclusively on CBSSports.com on Monday.

Narrated by Jim Nantz, the voice of CBS Sports, the first of 10 short-form web stories is titled In the Trenches and focuses on the intense training that takes place at America's oldest military academies. Viewers get a never-before-seen look at the most rigorous military training facilities in the world--from the hills of West Point to the backwoods of Quantico. The training takes on an entirely new meaning for the seniors at each academy knowing what awaits them following graduation. These exercises are the foundation that will soon serve them on the battlefield.

A Game of Honor, a feature length documentary film, will chronicle the season-long journey of the West Point cadets and Annapolis midshipmen as they prepare and play in one of the most storied events in sports, the Army-Navy football game presented by USAA, which will take place Dec. 10 in Washington D.C., televised nationally on CBS.

The film premieres on SHOWTIME on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, just 11 days after this year's game.
