ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Navy head coach Dave Brandt and the Navy men's soccer program have announced the team's five-game spring exhibition slate. Navy will play four Division I programs and one professional team.

Navy will open the spring slate by playing at N.C. State in Raleigh, N.C. on Sunday, March 1. N.C. State was 7-7-4 overall in 2014 and fell to Duke in the ACC Tournament.

The Mids will next play back-to-back games against professional teams, first playing at the Richmond Kickers on Sunday, March 8. Richmond plays in the USL Pro league, the third tier of professional soccer in the United States.

Navy's lone home game of the spring slate will be against Villanova on Saturday, March 28. Villanova was 11-4-2 overall and 5-2-2 in the Big East in the fall. The Wildcats fell to Providence in the Big East Quarterfinals.

Navy will play a familiar opponent in George Mason on Saturday, April 4 in Fairfax, Va. Navy and George Mason played to a 1-1 draw during the 2014 season, with George Mason sporting a national ranking of No. 20 at the time. George Mason was 11-4-5 overall and 4-2-2 in the Atlantic 10. The Patriots fell to Rhode Island in the Atlantic 10 tournament semifinals.

Navy will close the spring exhibition schedule with a game at Duquesne on Saturday, April 11. Duquesne was 8-7-3 overall last season and 3-4-1 in the Atlantic 10.

The game previously scheduled against Seoul E-Land has been cancelled.

Navy was 11-4-5 overall in 2014 and had a 6-2-1 mark in Patriot League play. The Mids spent three weeks ranked in the NSCAA Top 25 and finished the season on an 11-game unbeaten streak.
