COLUMBUS, OHIO â€"â€" The second day of the NCAA Swimming Championship saw Navy's Lauren Barber (Jr., New Wilmington, Pa.) place 41st overall in the 100 breaststroke.

Barber entered the championship seeded 43rd in the event. She placed second in her heat with a clocking of 1:01.03.

Barber will close the second NCAA Championship of her career by competing in the 200 breaststroke Saturday.
