Navy Football Seniors Receive Their Service Assignments

32 seniors will be commissioned as officers in the Navy or Marine Corps

The 32 seniors on the Navy football team received their Service Assignments this afternoon in ceremonies across the Yard.
 
Eighteen seniors will be commissioned Ensigns in the United States Navy, while 14 will be commissioned 2nd Lieutenants in the United States Marine Corps upon graduation.

Navy's senior class will play its final home game on Saturday against #21 SMU. Kickoff is set for 3:30 PM and standing room only tickets are still available.
 
The senior class has compiled a 26-23 record over its four years with at least four games remaining. The Mids can still win the American Athletic Conference, the Commander-In-Chief's Trophy and a bowl game in 2019.  Navy has not lost on Senior Day since 2002.
