ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Navy track and field team is set to compete in the 2019 Dan Stinson Memorial Meet hosted by William and Mary on Saturday, March 23, at Zable Stadium in Williamsburg, Va. The meet begins with the field events at 10:00 a.m., while running events are slated to start at 12:45 p.m. Live results will be available at halfmiletiming.com.

Field events start at 10:00 a.m., while running events start at 12:45 p.m. National Anthem is slated for approximately 12:35 p.m.
 
Meet Scoring
Team scoring will be done according to the following format: Individual events scoring (10-8-6-4-2-1); Relays (10-8-6-4-2) – one relay per team eligible to score. All individuals have the ability to score.
 
Track and Field Claims Four Patriot League Weekly Accolades
Navy track and field had four student-athletes receive M-F Athletic Patriot League Outdoor Track and Field weekly honors, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday afternoon. Clayton Thompson (Corpus Christi, Texas) was named Male Track Athlete of the Week, while Sean Brennan (Westfield, N.J.) claimed Male Field Athlete. Sam Orie (Greensburg, Pa.) was dubbed Female Field Athlete and Chloe Alfieri (Harvard, Mass.) was named Female Rookie of the Week.
 
Mids to Watch
The Midshipmen will be sending 101 student-athletes to Willamsburg, Va. for the Dan Stimson Memorial Meet.
