CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Morgan Frazier (Jr., Mechanicsburg, Pa.),
Jacqueline Cherry (Fr., Ellicott City, Md.) and
Shannon Gould (Fr., O'Fallon, Mo.) represented the Navy women's golf team on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the league office announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Frazier earns her third-straight Patriot League Academic Honor Roll recognition, while the freshmen duo of Cherry and Gould garner their first career league honors.
Gould was one of six women's golfers in the league to earn a 4.0-grade point average this spring. Frazier is one of five honorees to garner the award at least three times.
In total, 28 women's golf student-athletes earned the league award with Bucknell leading the way with eight award winners followed by Holy Cross with six.
To be eligible for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 GPA in the spring semester.
