The Naval Academy Athletic Association's Blue-N*-Gold has reached its highest membership results since their 2009 campaign. With 5,250 Members, the Blue-N*-Gold has four more months to hit a record high number, focusing its efforts on Annual Fund support. Previous to this year, the record membership number for the Blue-N*-Gold was 5,409 members recorded in 2007.

"Through commitment of our alumni, parents, fans of the Naval Academy student-athlete experience, our Blue-N*-Gold is able to reach new heights," said Kyle Knichel, Associate Athletic Director for Development-Executive Director of the Blue-N*-Gold. "We recognize that the Naval Academy Athletic Association has one of the most loyal donor bases in the country, and we are truly grateful."

The Blue-N*-Gold will strive for 6,000 members for the first time in school history as it kicks off its "Set Sail For Six" campaign this fall. In partnership with Anthony Travel, the Blue-N*-Gold will be giving away a Grand Prize Dublin travel package for (2) two including Aer Lingus airline tickets and Aer Lingus College Football Classic game tickets to one Blue-N*- Gold member. Current and New members that join prior to December 31, 2019 are eligible.
