BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Patriot League Baseball Championship field of four is set as the regular-season League play concluded on Sunday, May 9. Lehigh captured the regular-season title for the first time since 2006, with defending champion Army West Point earning the No. 2 seed. The Mountain Hawks and Black Knights will both host a best-of-three semifinals series.
The Mountain Hawks (21-15, 17-9 PL) welcome No. 4 Navy (16-13, 11-12 PL) to J. David Walker Field at Legacy Park in Bethlehem, Pa. for a best-of-three game semifinal series beginning on Saturday, May 15. The Black Knights (23-20, 15-10 PL) host No. 3 Lafayette (13-15, 12-13 PL) at Johnson Stadium at Doubleday Field in West Point, N.Y. when the semifinal round begins on Saturday. Semifinal-round coverage of the 2021 Patriot League Baseball Championship will be available on ESPN+.
The Patriot League Championship Series, a best-of-three game format, is scheduled from May 21-23 at the highest remaining seed following the semifinal round. The Patriot League Champion will earn the League's automatic berth to the NCAA Baseball Regionals. Each game during the 2021 Patriot League Baseball Championships will be available on ESPN+.
