Navy Football Ranked No. 24 in both the Associated Press and AFCA Coaches Poll

ANNAPOLIS, Md.—The Navy football team (6-0), coming off a 51-17 victory over Charlotte on Saturday, moved up one spot to No. 24 in the Associated Press poll and made its debut at No. 24 in the AFCA Coaches poll.

The Midshipmen will play host to #12 / #11 Notre Dame (5-1) on Saturday at MetLife Stadium (82,500) in East Rutherford, N.J. Saturday's game will be televised by ABC and streamed on ESPN+ with Sean McDonough, Greg McElroy and Molly McGrath on the call.

Navy will be looking for its first 7-0 start to a season since 1978 and just its fifth in program history.  Notre Dame leads the all-time series 82-13-1 and have won six-straights against the Mids.  Navy last defeated Notre Dame in 2016, 28-27, in Jacksonville.

Navy is one of just 10 remaining unbeaten teams in the FBS and one of just three teams to win every game by double figures.
