ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Inclement weather on Saturday has forced changes to the Navy baseball team's scheduled Patriot League doubleheaders against rival Army and Holy Cross this weekend.
Â
Originally scheduled for Saturday, March 23, the Midshipmen and Black Knights will now play two games on Sunday, March 24, while the Mids' two games against the Crusaders have been shifted to Monday, March 25. Both doubleheaders are slated for a 1 p.m. first pitch, with the second game of each day starting approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first contest. The first game of each doubleheader is set to be seven innings, while the nightcap will be a nine-inning contest.
Â
All four games are set to be streamed on ESPN+, as veteran Navy broadcaster Joe Miller will handle both ends of the action against Army and former Bowie Baysox voice Matt Sabados will call the Monday doubleheader with Holy Cross.
