ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Picking up its second Patriot League win in three days, the Navy women's tennis team (18-5, 2-0 PL) scored a 6-1 victory against Lehigh (10-4, 1-1 PL) in a Saturday matinee at the Tose Family Tennis Center.

Emily Tannenbaum matching her own single-season program record and tying another career program record, the Midshipmen used the doubles point and five two-set singles victories to defeat the Mountain Hawks and extend their winning streak to five-straight matches.

Parvathi Shanker added on to the Mids' lead when she knocked off Megha Dania on the No. 5 court by a 6-3, 6-1 score and Johns followed suit with a 6-4, 6-3 win against Forkner at the No. 2 spot.

Match Notes
• Navy is now 16-0 in the all-time series with Lehigh.
• Tannenbaum's singles victory marked her 29th of the season, tying the school record set by Amanda Keller in 2015 and matched by Tannenbaum last season.
• Tannenbaum also now holds 33 career victories at the No. 1 singles position, matching the program record set by Keller (2014-18).
• With her 63rd career doubles win on Saturday, Tannenbaum passed Catalina Rico (62 wins) to move into sole possession of fourth in program history.
• Chaudry has now won her last five singles matches.
