What do you want to do after graduation and why? Naval Aviation or Marine Ground. Both of these communities offer great opportunities and experiences.

Why did you choose Navy?   I chose to come to the Naval Academy because this place builds leaders. It is the best combination of athletics and academics in the country. I really wanted to be a part of the Brotherhood where I can develop as a man, leader and player.

What would you tell somebody that is considering coming to Navy to play football?  We are the closest team in the country. Playing football at the Naval Academy provides the opportunity to compete at a high level while developing qualities that lead you down the path to success.

If you could play another position, what position would you play and why? Quarterback, because you have the ball in your hand every play.

If you could choose any opponent for Navy to play that is currently not on the schedule, who would you choose and why? Texas A&M, I have a lot of friends that go there and it would be fun to beat them in their stadium in front of 100 thousand people.

Favorite class at the Naval Academy and why? Calculus, I had a great professor who was able to explain the material very well and I had a few buddies in my class.

Hardest class at the Naval Academy and why?  Chemistry, all the material is in a different language.

Favorite teacher at the Naval Academy and why?  Major Scovel. He's a great person and his class was very interesting.

Favorite form of social media and why?  Instagram because it's a combination of every form of social media

Favorite person to follow on social media and why? Connor McGregor, because he's the best at what he does and is obsessed with his craft.

If you could have dinner with any 4 people that are currently at the Naval Academy who would you choose and why? Coach Eric Lewis, Coach Jim Kiritsy, Vice Admiral Davids and Major Scovel. There would be great conversations with many different viewpoints and backgrounds.

Favorite sport to follow at the Naval Academy outside of football and why? Basketball, because I played the sport since I was little and thought I would play basketball in college.

If you didn't play football at Navy, what sport would you play and why? Track, because I think I would be able to contribute to the team.

What song is playing on your headphones in the locker room right before taking the field? Life in the Fast Lane by the Eagles

What is your dream vacation? Tour of Italy to visit where some of my family came from.

What is the best thing about being in the American Athletic Conference? Best Group of 5 conference. Get to play great competition.

What do you think about Army being in the American Athletic Conference? Doesn't change anything for us. Our goal is to go 1-0 every time we step on the field.

Favorite Coach Newberry Quote: "DYJ with FTD" (Do your job with fixation to detail)

How would you describe Coach Cronic's Offense: Confusing for the defense

How would you describe Coach Volker's Defense: Pack of wild animals foaming at the mouth

One word to describe a Navy Football player: Gritty

Who will be the surprise player on offense in 2024? Isaiah Bryant

Who will be the surprise player on defense in 2024? Me

Who is the toughest player on the Navy football team? Colin Ramos

What player epitomizes Navy Football? Kenneth McShan

Who will be the Most Valuable Player on offense in 2024? Eli Heidenreich

Who will be the Most Valuable Player on defense in 2024? Colin Ramos

What are you most looking forward to in 2024? Winning the AAC and the CIC.

Tell us one thing about you that would make a good feature story? I watched my first college football game when I was 6 days old. My dad recorded me and said, "Son, this is your destiny." It happened to be a Navy game.

If there was a movie about your life what would it be called and who would play you? "Super Hornet" because it's a go to for air to air and air to ground defense and that's what I'm here to do on and off the field. Maybe Troy Palumalu because he's my favorite safety and is kind of an actor already in the Head and Shoulders commercials.
