ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Navy men's lacrosse standout
Carter Ash (Sr / A / Leesburg, Va.) has been named the Naval Academy Athletic Association Athlete of the Week presented by Northrop Grumman.
Ash played a pivotal role in leading Navy to a 14-11 victory over Bucknell last Friday night which in turn sealed the Mids' ticket into the Patriot League Tournament Quarterfinals. He scored a career-high 4 goals in the win, but none bigger than his goal with 9:25 remaining in the contest which sparked a 3-0 run by the Mids to close out the victory.
