What other schools offered you and what was it about Navy that made you come here? I received offers from Howard, Norfolk State, Morgan State, William & Mary and Bryant. I choose Navy because of how genuine the staff and players were. Also, my dad was a Marine Corps officer so that had some influence on my decision because I was aware of the benefits.

What would you tell somebody that is considering coming to Navy to play football? I think coming to Navy is a win/win decision. You play a really high level of football, while also getting a very high level education and leadership training and we do get paid a small stipend.

If you could play another position, what position would you play and why? I played quarterback in high school, I think I have a pretty good arm.

If you could choose any opponent for Navy to play that is currently not on the schedule, who would you choose and why? Missouri at their stadium so I could play in front of all of my family.

Favorite class at the Naval Academy and why? Intro to Foreign Area Studies! A very fun and interesting class with an amazing teacher, Prof. Fujimura.

Favorite teacher at the Naval Academy? Prof. Shivok

Favorite form of social media and why? Instagram because the algorithms caters to my interests real well.

Favorite person to follow on social media and why? @zaycamm because I like his style.

If you could have dinner with any 4 people that are currently at the Naval Academy who would you choose and why? Grandma Mae because she is my favorite person at USNA, Professor Zhou because I think he is a very interesting person, Admiral Becker because I enjoyed our conversations last semester and Professor Shivok because she makes me laugh.

Favorite sport to follow at the Naval Academy outside of football and why? Track & Field, I love track and my roommate is on the team.

What song is playing on your headphones in the locker room right before taking the field? Concrete Jungle by Bob Marley and The Wailers

What is your dream vacation? Australia
