Navy Announces 2025 Men’s Soccer Schedule

Mids Set to Play 12 Home Games at Glenn Warner Soccer Facility, Including Air Force on September 23

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Navy men's soccer head coach Tim O'Donohue announced the team's full schedule for the upcoming 2025 season on Friday, highlighted by a 12-game home slate.

Playing an 18-game regular-season campaign, the Midshipmen open the fall with five-straight home games and will host opponents at Glenn Warner Soccer Facility for nine of their first 11 contests.

The 105th campaign of Navy Soccer begins on Thursday, Aug. 21 when the Mids host in-state foe Mount St. Mary's for an 8 p.m. matchup as part of a doubleheader with the Navy women. Continuing the season-opening homestand with 7 p.m. contests against William & Mary (Aug. 25), Howard (Aug. 29) and Niagara (Sept. 1), Navy will wrap up the stretch with a noon start against Stonehill on Sept. 6.

Making its first road trip of the campaign, Navy will head to the nation's capital for a Sept. 10 showdown with George Washington. The Mids then return home Sept. 13 to open Patriot League play against Holy Cross in a 1 p.m. kick before hosting non-conference rival UMBC in a 7 p.m. midweek contest on Sept. 16.

Trekking north for a Sept. 20 match at league foe Boston, Navy then comes back to Annapolis for another two-game homestand, hosting service academy rival Air Force for the first time since 2018 on Sept. 23 (7 p.m.) and then welcoming Lehigh in an 11 a.m. start on Sept. 27.

After traveling to Colgate (Oct. 4) to begin October, the Mids will head to the familiar confines of Subaru Park in Chester, Pa., for Army-Navy Cup XIV, with kickoff set for 7 p.m. as part of another doubleheader with the Navy women.

Another stretch at home features the Mids welcoming Lafayette on Oct. 18 (1 p.m.) before hosting Longwood on Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. in the final non-conference matchup of the season. Rounding out league play, Navy will make the short trip to rival Loyola on Oct. 25, come back home to host defending league champion Bucknell in another 7 p.m. contest on Oct. 31 and then travel to another regional rival, American, for a Nov. 4 regular-season finale.

The Patriot League Tournament is set to begin on Nov. 8 with the quarterfinal round, while the league semifinals will be played on Nov. 11 and the Patriot League Championship set for Nov. 15.

The Mids return 22 players from the 2024 roster, headlined by former All-Patriot League performers A.J. Schuetz and Andrew Schug.
