ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The College Gymnastics Association announced its listing of 2026 CGA Regular Season All-Americans on Wednesday. Recognizing the top men's gymnasts during the regular season portion of the 2026 schedule, the CGA bestowed All-America status to the top-eight finishers on each of the six apparatus as well as to the top all-around competitors. A trio of Navy gymnasts, senior
Matthew Petros and juniors
Brian Solomon and
Benjamin Thurlow Lam earned this prestigious honor for their success.
The rankings are based on the four-score average of the gymnasts' regular season performance. The four-score average is calculated by taking an individual's top-four scores (two of which must be from away meets), dropping the highest score and averaging the remaining three.
Thurlow Lam was the highest ranked of the trio as he completed his regular season efforts on the floor exercise ranked second nationally with a four-score average of 14.033. The four scores involved in his average were a 14.1 at Illinois (Feb. 28), a 14.1 at William & Mary (March 7) a 14.0 at the All-Academy Championship (Feb. 13) and a 14.0 at Springfield College (March 14).
