Chung Highlights Navy’s ILWomen All-Americans

Alyssa Chung (first team), Ava Yovino (second team), Felicia Giglio (honorable mention), and Mikayla Williams (honorable mention) were named Inside Lacrosse All-Americans.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Inside Lacrosse revealed its 2026 Nike Lacrosse Media All-Americans on Friday afternoon. Four Navy players were named to the list with Alyssa Chung being named first team, Ava Yovino earning second team honors, and Felicia Giglio and Mikayla Williams claiming honorable mention distinction.
 
The four honorees tied for the most ILWomen All-Americans in program history with the 2018 season. Chung becomes the second Inside Lacrosse First Team All-American in school history, joining Jenna Collins ('18) who claimed first-team accolades as a senior in 2018.
 
Alyssa Chung – Attack
Navy's top attacker on the year, Chung finished the season with a team-high 118 points on a team-best 84 goals with 34 assists, while adding 28 ground balls, 23 caused turnovers, and 20 draw controls. The sophomore, who was named a Tewaaraton Award Finalist, became the sixth player in program history to record 100 or more points in a season, joining Jenna Collins (2017, '18), Julia Collins (2018), Jasmine DePompeo (2013), Kelly Larkin (2017, '18, '19), and Erin Rawlick (2010). With six goals in the NCAA Tournament Quarterfinals, Chung set a new single-season record for goals in a season with 84, passing the previous mark of 83 set by Jenna Collins in 2018.
 
Ava Yovino – Midfield
Yovino picked up her second Inside Lacrosse All-American selection after being named honorable mention as a freshman. The senior team captain finished the year with 48 points on 19 goals and 29 assists with 57 draw controls, 36 ground balls, and 22 caused turnovers. This season, Yovino was a two-time IWLCA Division I Offensive Player of the Week (Feb. 10; March 3), while earning her third All-Patriot League honor of her career. Additionally, Yovino was tabbed an Inside Lacrosse Midseason All-American and was named to the Tewaaraton Award Top 25 Nominees.
 
Felicia Giglio – Goalkeeper
Giglio, who was the 2026 Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year, was named ILWomen All-American for the first time in her career. The First Team All-Patriot League honoree was part of a Navy defense that has held twelve (12) opponents (eight Patriot League teams) to single-digit goals with an additional five teams held to exactly 10 goals. Giglio finished the season with 134 saves with an 8.84 goals against average and a 42.8 save percentage. Individually, she became the single-season (19) and career record holder (49) for wins by a goalie in Navy history.
 
Mikayla Williams – Midfield
Williams played and started 21 of 22 games, notching 63 points on 38 goals and 25 assists, while adding 41 draw controls, 17 ground balls, and three caused turnovers. The Bexley, Ohio native has scored goals in 16 games played this season with 12 multi-goal performances, including nine hat tricks. Williams scored the game-winning goal with 35 seconds remaining to lift Navy to a 17-16 victory over UMass in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. During the NCAA Tournament Quarterfinals, the junior registered a career-high with 10 draw controls, marking the first time in her collegiate career with double-digit draw wins.
