Tommy Kim has been named the captain of the Navy men's tennis team for the upcoming 2026-27 season, head coach
Chris Garner announced today.
Kim posted a 12-6 record in singles and a 13-11 record in doubles this spring. Those records included marks of 4-0 in singles and 3-3 in doubles against Patriot League opponents. He played at No. 4 singles and No. 2 doubles during the Patriot League Tournament, which was won by the Mids.
The computer science major has posted a 4.00 grade-point average in four semesters and enters his senior year on The Yard with a 3.98 cumulative GPA. He earned a spot on the Patriot League All-Academic Team this spring and is a two-time Intercollegiate Tennis Association National Scholar-Athlete.
