What would you tell somebody that is considering coming to Navy to play football?  This is a place where you can be part of something bigger than yourself. You are more than a football player here, you are a future leader of Sailors and Marines.
 
If you could play another position, what position would you play and why? I would be a running back, because I have the smoothest feet on the defensive line and my hips don't lie.
 
If you could choose any opponent for Navy to play that is currently not on the schedule, who would you choose and why?  I would want to play at Appalachian State. I'm a homegrown North Carolina kid, I love everything about the state and Boone, N.C. is  a great place and I would love to play in the mountains
 
Favorite class at the Naval Academy and why?  COMBATIVES- I lowkey could be the next Derrick Lewis in the UFC
 
Favorite teacher at the Naval Academy?  Lt. Cmdr. Changwoo Hong, he is a great teacher and he helped me get a B+ in Electrical Engineering. A tremendous person.

Favorite form of social media and why? YouTube - I love to watch River Monsters with Jeremy Wade and nature documentaries voiced by David Attenborough. A good sleep time listen.   
 
Favorite person to follow on social media and why?   Luke Combs – I'm a huge country music guy and I love me some Luke Combs so when he posts something I know about it.
 
If you could have dinner with any 4 people that are currently at the Naval Academy who would you choose and why? The Superintendent, Josh Bost, The Commandant and Capt. Mendenhall. They are all great guys and people I look up to.

What is your dream vacation?   I would love to travel to Italy and live off the land in some small village

What are you most looking forward to in 2026? One last historic season with my boys on the team. To go out with a bang and accomplish all of our team goals.
 
Tell us one thing about you that most people don't know?  Every Sunday I watch NASCAR.  If I didn't play football I would pursue a career around the track racing in the Chevy #92 car and the sponsor would be Cookout for sure.
 
If there was a movie about your life what would it be called and who would play you?  Carolina Made and Samuel L Jackson would play me.
 
If you could play another sport at the Naval Academy, what would it be? I would try to be on the wrestling team
 
Who is your favorite Navy athlete to watch outside of football? Danny Wask of the wrestling team.
 
What does it mean to wear "Navy" across your chest?  You represent something bigger than yourself, not only the team and the institution but the country itself.
 
What leadership lesson has football taught you?  Show up in the right uniform, on time, where you're supposed to be and just that alone can take you far.
 
Which upperclassman impacted you the most when you arrived?  Landon Robinson, a guy who took me under his wing and taught me how to be a good dude at this place whether I'm starting or not dressing for games at all.
