2019 (Senior)
- Named to the All-Patriot League Second Team
- Finished the season with a .303 average and started all 56 games during the year
- Recorded a career-best slugging percentage at .495 and also hit a career-high seven home runs, which was second-most on the team
- Lowery also notched a personal best in runs (32), hits (60) and RBIs (46)
- He led the team with 32 walks
- Notched a two home run game on March 30 against Lafayette and he finished the game with a career-high five RBIs
- Finished the year with 49 putouts and an assist to record a .980 fielding percentage

2018 (Junior)
- Named to the 2019 Patriot League All-Tournament Team 
- In 50 games, 45 starts, Lowery finished third on the team with a .312 batting average
- He was one of four Mids to hit over .300 at the plate with at least 100 at bats
- Finished third on the team with 16 doubles and was tied for second with three home runs
- Posted the best slugging percentage on the team with a .484 slugging mark
- Primarily put into the lineup as the designated hitter, he recorded 21 RBIs and drew 16 walks
- Had a career game on March 18 against Bucknell going 4-for-5 with four runs scored, four doubles and an RBI
- He matched his career high with three runs batted in on March 4 against NJIT

2017 (Sophomore)
- Appeared in 26 games with five starts
Navy's second-most active substitute with 21 appearances off the bench with the majority of active in pinch-hitting situations
Had 17 pinch-hitting opportunities, most on the team
Tallied his first career hit versus Cornell (3/4), a pinch-hit double
Connected for his first career home run, a three-run homer, in a start versus Princeton (3/24)
All five of his RBIs came with two outs
Posted a career-long hit streak of four games from March 18 to March 24; extended streak of reaching base safely to five with a walk versus NYIT in game one of March 18 DH

2016 (Freshman)
- Played in four games in reserve action
- Made collegiate debut versus Air Force (2/28) as part of the Freedom Classic
- Crossed home for his first run scored at Maryland Eastern Shore (3/30)
- Walked three times over six plate appearances
