Academic Honors –– Was named to the 2017 Patriot League All-Academic Team ... earned Honorable Mention Scholar All-America honors from the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America in 2016 and ‘17 ... was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in 2016 and ‘17 ... has received academic honors from the USNA in five semester (four times on Superintendent’s List).

Athletic Honors –– Earned First-Team All-Patriot League honors in 2015, ‘16 and ‘17.

2016-17 –– Recorded a trio of top-two finishes at the Patriot League Championship ... won the 200 backstroke and placed second in both IM events ... also swam on Navy’s winning 400 medley relay team ... posted career-best times at the meet in the 100 back (55.76) and 200 breast (2:18.77) ... recorded nine victories in four events during the regular season, with three coming in both the 100 back and 400 IM ... also notched a pair of wins in the 200 back and one victory in the 200 IM ... posted an NCAA B cut time in the 200 backstroke.

2015-16 –– Advanced to the championship final in three events at the Patriot League Championship ... won the 400 IM event while placing second in the 200 back and fourth in the 200 IM ... attained career-best times in the 200 back (1:58.10) and 400 IM (4:16.74) at the meet ... totaled 10 individual event wins and four relay event victories during the regular season ... six of her wins came in the 100 backstroke.

2014-15 –– Placed second in the 200 IM, third in the 200 breast and fourth in the 100 back at the Patriot League Championship ... went on to place second in the 200 back, fourth in the 400 IM and sixth in the 100 breast at the ECAC Championship ... also helped Navy finish in third place in the 200 medley relay at the meet ... attained four season-best times during the championship portion of Navy’s season –– 56.05, 100 back; 2:00.45, 200 back; 2:18.77, 200 breast; 2:02.39, 200 IM ... totaled three wins and four second-place finishes during the regular season.

High School –– Graduated from Farmington High School ... lettered in each of her years at the school in swimming ... won both conference and sectional titles in events as a sophomore, junior and senior ... earned four all-conference and all-state (Minn.) laurels ... was named the sectional swimmer of the year as a sophomore ... served as the captain of the squad as a senior and was the MVP of the team in each of her four years ... was a member of the National Honor Society ... swam on the club level for the Tigersharks Swim Club.
