2015-16 (Sophomore Season): Ran a season-best 400m time of 59.49 at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet.

2014-15 (Freshman Season): Ran a season-best 400m dash time of 59.65 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship … Placed second in the 500m run at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet with a time of 1:17.52 … Ran a leg of the 4x400m relay squad that finished seventh at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship with a time of 3:56.48.

High School / Personal: A four-year letterwinner at Manalapan High School … Earned All-County, All-District, All-Shore Conference honors as a junior … Named team captain during junior and senior campaigns … Helped lead indoor and outdoor teams to NJSIAA CJ Group 4 Championship titles, competing in the 400m dash and 800m run during the 2013-14 season … Daughter of John Jr. and Marcela Monahan … Both her father John Jr. ('83) and grandfather John ('55) played football at the United States Naval Academy.
