- Ran a leg of Navy's first-place 4x400m relay team (3:48.86) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship to earn all-league first-team honors
- The 4x400m victory punctuated Navy's team title at the outdoor league meet as it was the last event of the championship
- Scored and placed fifth at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship in the 400m dash with a personal-record time of 57.37
- Scored and placed fourth at the Patriot League Indoor Championship in the 500m run with a time of 1:15.53, which was also under the ECAC-qualifying standard
- Placed 14th in the 500m run at the ECAC Indoor Championship with a personal-record time of 1:15.53
- Won the 500m run at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet with a time of 1:16.31
- Took first place in the 400m dash at the indoor Navy Sweetheart Meet at 58.46

- Ran an outdoor season best 1:02.75 in the 400m to place fourth in the Army-Navy Star Meet
- Posted a 1:13.61 in the 400m hurdles to place 11th at the Navy Tri-Meet in the outdoor season
- Ran a 1:03.55 in best 400m effort of indoor season to place 13th at Navy Lidlifter
- Ran a 1:20.90 to take 14th in the 500m run at the Patriot League Indoor Championship
- Posted an indoor season-best time of 2:33.08 to take seventh in the Sweetheart Meet
- Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll 2009-10 (Freshman Season):
- Clocked a 1:01.45 to take fourth at the Kloiber Invite in the 400m
- Took second in the 800m at the outdoor Navy Lidfliter with a time of 2:28.34
