2010-11 (Junior Season):
- Ran a PR of 8.24 in the 60m dash to place fifth at the Navy Sweetheart Meet
- Clocked a 1:01.54 in the 400m to take seventh at the Navy Lidlifter
- Placed ninth at the Patriot League Indoor Championship in the 500m with a time of 1:18.39
- Placed fourth at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet in the 500m
- Navy's second-ranked 400m hurdler
- Posted a 1:05.73 to take 10th in the 400m hurdles at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship
- Ran a 1:06.79 to place third in the 400m hurdles against Army
- Won the 400m hurdles at the Navy Tri-Meet with a time of 1:08.93 2009-10 (Sophomore Season):
- Ran an outdoor season-best time of 1:01.50 in the 400m at the Army-Navy Star Meet
- Clocked a 1:10.79 in the 400m hurdles at the Kloiber Invite
- Ran a 8.46 in the 60m dash to take eight at the Sweetheart Meet
- Ran an indoor season-best time of 1:00.78 to place fourth at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet
2008-09 (Freshman Season):
- Ran a 8.82 in the 60m dash at the Sweetheart Meet
- Posted a 1:05.33 in the 400m at the Patriot Games
- Ran a 1:04.04 in the 400m dash at the Colonial Relays
- Ran a 1:04.66 to take fourth in the 400m at the Navy Lidlifter High School:
- Was home-schooled, but played sports at Nicholas County High School
- Lettered in track and field and soccer
- Competed in the 100m hurdles, 100m dash, shuttle hurdles and 4x100m relay
- Was a team co-captain of a club soccer team
- Elected president of youth group Personal:
- Daughter of William and Lauren Carson
- Older sisters, Melissa and Kelly, are Naval Academy graduates
- Majoring in mathematics
