• Placed second out of 233 runners at the Fordham Invitational before winning the Salty Dog Invitational with a time of 22:26 2007:

• Claimed the individual title in the Star Meet at Army with a time of 24:06.62, nearly 12 seconds ahead of Army[apos]s top runner
• Followed that performance with the team[apos]s best time, fifth overall, at the Patriot League Championship
• Concluded the race with a time of 21:39.9
• Also scored in the Salty Seadog Invitational, placing 21st among the field of 96 runners with a 23:33 clocking
• Finished 14th at the Dartmouth Invitational with a 21:39.5 showing
• Commenced the year with a 29th-place time of 19:35.89 during the 5k Covered Bridge Open
• Recorded the team[apos]s sixth-fastest clocking at the Paul Short Invitational and NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championship 2006:
• Competed in three meets as a rookie
• Owned Navy[apos]s top time in the 4,200-meter event of the Harry Lang Invitational, crossing the finish line in 17:31
