• High School / Personal: A 2014 graduate of Oxford High School, Meagher was a five-sport standout who earned letters in baseball (1) and football (4) and was a member of the basketball, power lifting and track & field teams ... a two-time All-State (Miss.), all-district and all-area football player ... led the football team to a 14-1 record his senior year that included a region title and a state championship appearance ... amassed 273 career tackles and 10 interceptions ... also considered Princeton, Columbia and Johns Hopkins ... father graduated from the Naval Academy in 1991 and was a member of the football team ... grandfather, Patrick Meagher, played football at Auburn and was a member of the 1957 National Championship team ... great grandfather, Jack Meagher, played football for Notre Dame and was the head football coach at Auburn from 1934-42 where he led the Tigers to a 48-37-10 record ... son of Patrick Jr. and Keri Meagher.
