Academic Honors –– Was named to the 2021 Patriot League All-Academic Team ... has received academic honors from the USNA in six semesters (four times on Superintendent’s List) ... was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in 2019, ‘20 and ‘21 ... was named an ITA National Scholar-Athlete in 2019, ‘20 and ‘21.
 
Athletic Honors –– Was selected as the 2019 Patriot League Rookie of the Year and also earned first-team all-league honors ... was named the MVP of the 2019 league tournament when he posted a 4-0-2 record ... was leading 5-2 and 5-3 in the two doubles matches during the event when each were stopped ... received first-team all-league accolades in 2021.
 
2021-22 –– Will serve as the team captain.
 
2020-21 –– Compiled an overall record of 17-2 on the season ... posted a 9-0 record in singles ... was tied in the third set of his match against Oklahoma State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament when play was stopped ... he was the third Mid to win a set in the NCAA Tournament under the current format established in 1999 ... played No. 2 singles all season ... compiled a 7-0 record against league foes in singles, and a 6-1 record against league competition in doubles ... played No. 2 doubles (8-1) in every match until the NCAA Tournament ... teamed with Andrew Ton at No. 1 doubles in the NCAA Tournament ... the pair dropped a 7-6 (10-8) decision to OSU’s Emile Hudd and Matej Vocel, the No. 27 team in the country, in the tournament.
 
2019-20 –– Tallied an overall record of 34-14 ... ranked second on the team for singles wins on the year with his record of 17-6 ... posted a 10-3 record during the spring season ... had a 10-match winning streak during the spring which included victories over opponents from East Carolina, Richmond, Georgetown and Yale ... reached the second round in singles at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic ... won two matches to reach the round of 16 at the ITA Atlantic Region Championship ... led Navy in doubles wins with a record of 17-8 ... his fall record in doubles was 9-3 ... advanced to the quarterfinal round of the Milwaukee Tennis Classic alongside Greg Durham ... the duo defeated teams from Arizona State and Princeton ...  posted an 8-1 record with Andrew Ton at No. 1 doubles during the spring and a 15-3 record in all on the season ... the Thompson-Ton team won four matches to reach the semifinal round of the ITA Atlantic Region Championship ... the duo lost a three-set decision in the semifinal.
 
2018-19 –– Compiled a 60-13 record on the year ... this 60 wins ties the Navy record for the most combined wins in a single season (records available since 1992-93) ... posted a singles record of 31-5 and a doubles record of 29-8 ... those win totals rank second at Navy for each category ... was a combined 38-7 in dual matches, which included a 21-2 record in singles and a 17-5 record in doubles ... posted a 12-0 record against league foes ... was leading, 6-5, alongside Greg Durham at No. 2 doubles against North Carolina in the NCAA Tournament when the match was stopped ... closed the year with a 11-0-3 record in singles and a 5-0-4 record in doubles ... posted an 18-1 record at No. 2 singles and a 16-4 record at No. 2 doubles ... he and Peter Lohrbach were 12-3 overall, 10-2 in dual matches and 4-0 against league opponents as a doubles team ... twice was selected as the Patriot League Player of the Week.
 
High School –– Graduated from the Gilman School ... earned four letters in tennis at the school ... the team posted 16-0 records in three of his four seasons ... individually, was tabbed as the MVP of the team as a junior and senior ... also was a member of the school’s soccer and squash teams.
