2020-21 (Senior Season): INDOOR: Recorded times in the mile (4:58.78) and 3,000m (10:08.31 – season best) at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet … Clocked a season-best time of 4:58.65 in the mile at the Navy Intrasquad 3 … OUTDOOR: Registered a season-best time of 16:46.13 in the 5,000m at the Navy 5K Time Trial … Finished just off of the podium in the 5,000m at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship, finishing fifth with a time of 16:56.66 … Notched a time of 36:40.31 in the 10,000m at the PL Outdoor Championship.
 
2019-20 (Junior Season): HONORS: Second Team All-Patriot League (5,000m – Indoor) … INDOOR: Earned All-Patriot League distinction in the 5,000m run with a second-place finish and a season-best time of 17:04.83 at the Patriot League Indoor Championship … Clocked a season-best time of 9:45.50 in the 3,000m at the PL Championship, finishing just shy of All-Conference accolades in third place … Posted a then-best time of 9:51.58 in the 3,000m run to win the even at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Series Meet, helping the women’s team secure the indoor Star … Notched a season-best time of 4:54.86 in the one-mile run at the Army-Navy Star Meet … OUTDOOR: Did not compete during the outdoor season, which was shortened by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
 
2018-19 (Sophomore Season): INDOOR: Recorded a season-best time of 10:29.06 in the 3,000m at the Wesley Brown Invitational … OUTDOOR: During the outdoor season, notched best times of 18:19.95 (George Mason Invitational) and 39:26.21 (Navy Spring Invite) in the 5,000m and 10,000m, respectively.

High School / Personal: Six-time varsity letterwinner at Maryvale Prep School: three for cross country and three for track & field … Selected to the Baltimore All-Metro First Team for cross country in 2015 and 2016, as well as to the second team in 2014 … Won the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland (IAAM) A Conference individual cross country title in 2015 and finished runner-up in 2014 and 2016 … Lead Maryvale Prep to IAAM A Conference titles in 2015 and 2015 for cross country … In track & field, won IAAM/MIAA Championships for 3,200m (2015, ’16, ‘17 indoor), 1,600m (2016 indoor) and 800m (2016 indoor) … Garnered All-Metro honors for track & field (2014, ’15, ’16, ‘17) … Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society, as well as Maryvale’s SeaPerch Underwater Robotics program … Daughter of William and Amy.
