Biography
As a junior, Neubauer competed as a primary helmsman during the New York Yacht Club Annual Regatta, Storm Trysail Block Island Race Week, NASS Race to Oxford, and Hammond Memorial Race. He served as a tactician for the Annapolis Yacht Club Fall Series regatta. During his sophomore season, he was the primary helmsman aboard the Navy 44 Mk2 Defiance. He sailed in the NASS Spring Lighthouse Race and various Annapolis Yacht Club regattas. During his first season with Navy as a freshman, he served as a plebe skipper in the Colgate 26 JVOST fleet.
