2020: COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the cancellation of his junior season
2019: Raced with the first varsity eight crew the entire season; all six regular season contests and both postseason events, the Eastern Sprints and IRA Championship ... Navy's V8 placed third at the Sprints; the medal was the first for a Navy LWT V8 crew at the Eastern Sprints since 2006 ... Member of Navy's King's Cup training crew; raced with the Mids' coxed four in the Prince Albert Challenge Cup at the Henley Royal Regatta, also competed in the Charles Rowe Memorial Cup competition (4+ boat) as part of the Marlow Regatta.
2018: Saw action with the third varsity eight in six regattas, including the Eastern Sprints ... Also raced with the fourth varsity eight once and the varsity four without a coxswain once ... Schoenewolf and Navy's V4- finished first at the IRA Championships, while the 3V8 placed second at the Sprints.

Prior to Navy
Participated for three years with the Gonzaga College High School crew team … Earned an assortment of accolades with the Eagles, including winning the D.C. State Championship (WMIRA) in 2015 and 2016, the 2V Scholastic Rowing Association of America (SRAA) Championship in 2015 and finally the gold at the 2016 and 2017 Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships
