Biography
As a junior: Olivia performed at the top of the competition, achieving All American status for her finishes this year. She finished 3rd at the Navy Spring Fleet Race, 4th at Navy Team Race, and won A division at the Maisa South Women’s Championship. She ended her year strongly by finishing second at Women’s Nationals in A division.
As a sophomore: Olivia competed in 8 regattas as a skipper this year. Her highlights include finishing 6th at the Women’s Showcase Qualifier, 5th at the Phoebe Corkran King Memorial Regatta, and 2nd at the Riley Cup.
As a Freshman: Olivia competed in 12 regattas as a skipper and four regattas as a crew this season, some of her most notable finishes include a first-place finish at the Seahawk women’s Team Race and a second-place finish at the GW Women’s Invite. Olivia had an additional three podium finishes.
Prior to Navy: Grew up in Miami, FL. Graduated from Westminster Christian School in 2018. Olivia began sailing Optimists at seven years old out of Coral Reef Yacht Club. She moved into sailing club and international 420’s. She won both the club 420 Nationals and Midwinters in 2017.
