Biography
As a junior: Kimmie performed strongly at the 8 regattas she sailed this season, earning All American crew. She won 8 regattas including both qualifiers, Team Race Nationals and was 2nd at Fleet Race Nationals.Â
As a sophomore: Kimmie competed in 8 regattas this season. Her top finishes were 2nd at St. Mary’s Team Race Inter-Conference, 2nd at the War Memorial Regatta, and 2nd at GW Team Race.
As a Freshman: Kimmie Competed in 12 regattas this season. Her best results include second-place finishes at both the Georgetown Team Race and Prosser trophy.  Kimmie had four additional podium finishes this season.
Prior to Navy: Kimmie is from Annapolis, MD and graduated Annapolis Senior High School in 2018. Kimmie competed in high school sailing, and Club 420’s on the National and International level.  In 2017, Kimmie won the IDA Lewis US Junior Women’s Doublehanded Championship, the Bemis Trophy, the Club 420 North American Championship, and the High School National Keelboat Invitational.
