2023-24 (Junior Season): INDOOR: Did not compete during the indoor season … OUTDOOR: Registered a season-best 1,500m time of 4:54.22 at the Navy Outdoor Invitational … Ran her fastest 800m time of the season with a time of 2:16.82 at the Virginia Grand Prix.

2022-23 (Sophomore Season): INDOOR: Posted a season-best 800m (2:21.90) at the Navy Invitational I and 500m (1:23.14) in Navy’s dual against Princeton … OUTDOOR: Did not compete during the outdoor season

2021-22 (Freshman Season): INDOOR: Posted individual season-best times in the 800m (2:18.65 – Navy Select), 1,000m (3:03.07 – Darius Dixon Invitational), mile (5:20.02 – Patriot Games), and 3,000m (10:34.85 – Navy Invite) … OUTDOOR: Clocked a season-best time of 2:19.81 in the 800m at the George Mason Invitational … Also took part in the 1,500m (4:58.67) at the Navy Spring Meet II.
 
High School / Personal: Attended Champlain Valley Union (Vt.) before continuing her high school career at Loomis Chaffee School (Conn.) and Northfield Mount Hermon School (Mass.) … Competed in track at CVU and NMH (sprints at CVU and middle distance at NMH) … Won the 100m dash at the 2017 Vermont DI State Track and Field Championship … Also lettered a combined five times in soccer over the three schools … Earned All-Vermont State Division I girls soccer honors in 2016 and 2017 at CVU and All-Connecticut State honors in 2018 and 2019 in the Prep School division at Loomis Chaffee … Daughter of Robert and Jennifer … Both parents were collegiate athletes as her father played two years of football at Ithaca College and two years of lacrosse at Castleton University, while her mother competed in track and cross country at the University of Vermont … Her twin sister Caroline (’25) runs track at Rochester Institute of Technology.
