2021: Suited up in all five races for Navy as a junior; three times with the second varsity eight, once with the third varsity eight and once with the Mids' varsity four without a coxswain at the IRA National Championship ... Navy's V4- won gold at the national championship.
2020: COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the cancellation of the season in March
2019: Competed three times during his freshman campaign, twice with the fifth varsity eight crew and once with the sixth varsity at the Eastern Sprints.

Ran cross country for all four years of high school at The Williams School; additionally he swam with the Connecticut Aquatic Club ... Helped Williams win the 2017 Connecticut Independent Schools Athletic Conference (CISAC) Cross Country Championship as he finished third in the race; earning All-CISAC honors ... Garnered Team MVP accolades following his final two seasons of racing, as well as served as team captain ... Named Williams' 2018 Athlete of the Year and 2018 Scholar-Athlete of the Year, as well as earned the school's Excellence in Science and Excellence in History awards.
