• Jackson in 2011-12 (Jr.): Turned in a 5-6 record, making appearances in a pair of tournaments as well as his first career dual ... opened up the year with a sixth-place finish at the Navy Classic, while also competing at the Nittany Lion Open ... dropped a 12-5 decision to 20th-ranked Bubby Graham of Oklahoma in dual action.
• 2010-11 (So.): Registered an 8-5 record among the three tournaments in which he saw action ... opened the year with a second-place finish at the Clarion Knight Point ... posted his first-career win in what was his first-collegiate bout, a fall in 2:20 against Thiel's Tommy Morrison ... followed up with a fourth-place performance at the Navy Classic ... also participated at the Southern Scuffle.
• 2009-10 (Fr.): Did not see any varsity action.
• High School: A 2008 graduate of Rising Sun High School, Jackson attended the Naval Academy Prep School during the 2008-09 academic year ... a four-year letterwinner, who was a three-time Maryland State Champion and a four-time placewinner (3rd, 1st, 1st, 1st) ... a four-time all-county selection who served as team captain his junior and senior years ... placed third at the NCWA Nationals while attending NAPS.
• Personal: Son of Rick and Margie Jackson ... majoring in Aerospace Engineering ... earned Commandant's List honors in the fall of his sophomore year ... his service assignment is Marine Corps Pilot.
